Hey! I only retired 6 years ago! I hired the last batch of chemists and everyone before that. I know the lab manager, I hired him (white male) bc he taught himself GREP (general regular expression parser). Scott (white male) can fix any instrument. Andrew (white male) is an amazing wet chemist. Brad (white male), supervisor, is an excellent problem solver. I even know the CEO - he came on a year before I retired. Top notch admin. Also, white male.
