Sometimes you own the libs. Sometimes, the libs own you.

I've no doubt that a degree in medicine or engineering is very 'hard', I just doubt whether it automatically qualifies a person to make authoritative statements on climate change. And I should know, as I actually have an Engineering Science degree.

I'm not interested in your raging hard on for Al Gore. I don't have any strong feelings about Al Gore. I've never even seen an Inconvenient Truth. You're an idiot if you think the scientific case for AGW rests on Al Gore. He made one film 10 years ago... meanwhile thousands of international scientists have produced thousands of peer-reviewed studies. Whoever convinced you that Al Gore was so important was just pushing your partisan buttons - using your existing partisan hatred to turn you against climate science. It's such a weird and ludicrous situation that millions of American conservatives have a view on the science of climate change that is tied up with their feelings for Al Gore, but there we are, that's American politics...

It's not personal. It's just war.

Algore did succeed in convincing many American libtards of the voodoo of Global warming. Reasonable people decried the voodoo at the time, and have continued to do so. The falsification of data by the libtards has nothing to do with the "feelings" of reasonable people who are often referred to as conservatives - for both conservatives and various other reasonable people capable of using and understanding the scientific method have seen through the sham of Global Warming and it's cheerleaders/charlatans.

Climate change is a biggy, I believe some its the Koch Oil company funded propaganda others its a mix of religion ... Noah got a Promise there would never been a flood again after he seen the rainbow?

However over exaggeration and alarmism also hurts the environment political cause, plus I think trading credits is BS
...if Gore had stayed out of the political fight it may have helped, Republican idiots took the bait and simply stood the opposition position of Gore

Ok we'll see how this goes.

This is for when you reach a point in a debate with a conservative where you ask a question that they simply can't answer. I invite you to post that question here. Think of it as claiming their scalp... and the idea is that we create a thread filled with pointy needles for puncturing right-wing bubbles...

Here's one:

Upon request, Auraptor can't name a scientific body or institution that disputes the theory of man-made climate change.

ETA: For anyone wanting to use coloured font use the code font color=green inside triangle brackets (these <>). And then the code /font color inside triangle brackets to end the coloured text.

Come back and ask a question.
