I would like to know what worries you most, thanks. Trump’s $2.7 trillion in tariff revenues would be unable to cover $9.2 trillion in tax cuts. https://apnews.com/article/budget-deficit-trump-harris-kamala-debt-1ee3ff65e22ccf19d19b792ee22c46da Signym, $9.2 trillion does not sound too bad to you, does it? But the analysis includes other possibilities that show far higher deficits under Trump. If his tariffs raised less money and there were higher costs for his mass deportations and tax breaks, the national debt could jump by $15.2 trillion. Signym, I say $15.2 trillion for electing Trump is too high a price to pay for him saving Putin from the consequences of invading Ukraine.

Quote:If you know who Liz Cheney and Charlie Sykes are, and you care, you're already voting Democrat. I don't think they reach any new voters. Now, there's a broader issue here, which is that I think the Harris campaign just has a bad theory of the case. We saw this in the debate and we talked about it a little then, but they are running "Trump is a bad man," as their campaign. I think anyone who thinks Trump is a bad man -- and cares -- is already voting Democrat. What Harris' campaign has lacked is a chance to define itself and give a sense of what Harris is for. That's what really needs to be done in these closing days. I think "Orange Man Bad" is something that has just completely run its course for the Democratic message machine.

Quote: The Atlantic' Immediately Debunked After Attempting Yet Another Trump Military Hit Piece Wednesday, Oct 23, 2024 - 01:20 PM Authored by Luis Cornelio via Headline USA, The sister of slain soldier Vanessa Guillén slammed The Atlantic after it used anonymous sources to allege that President Donald Trump disparaged her after discovering the funeral expenses. Guillén’s death at the hands of a fellow soldier and his girlfriend became national news in 2020, with Trump comforting the grief-stricken family and extending death benefits. He also offered to cover the costs personally if the Army did not pay for the funeral expenses. The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg, however, attempted to rewrite history on Tuesday, claiming that Trump was outraged when he learned that Guillén’s funeral, which included heightened security and closed streets, cost $60,000. According to the magazine—relying on an anonymous source—Trump allegedly said, “It doesn’t cost 60,000 bucks to bury a fucking Mexican!” and ordered then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to deny payment. Guillén’s sister, Mayra, issued a viral statement on X, condemning The Atlantic’s distorted portrayal of her experience with Trump. “I don’t appreciate how you are exploiting my sister’s death for politics- hurtful & disrespectful to the important changes she made for service members,” Mayra wrote on X, garnering over 3 million views. “President Donald Trump did nothing but show respect to my family & Vanessa. In fact, I voted for President Trump today,” Mayra added.

Quote: Bill Ackman Reveals The Moment He Became Redpille Wednesday, Oct 23, 2024 - 11:40 AM On the Triggernometry podcast, billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman reflected on a pivotal moment that reshaped his perception of media trustworthiness, explaining how he and many others were misled by the media concocting the “Very Fine People” hoax against then-President Donald Trump. KONSTANTIN KISIN: You thought very carefully about who to support in this election, and you have spoken a number of times about some of the things that you believed about Donald Trump, for example, that you were misled about by the mainstream media. That's the kind of environment you're really talking about. Where somebody runs and they immediately become the sort of demon monkey, and they're completely misrepresented. It doesn't mean they don't have flaws, but they're misrepresented about the things that they say. Is there a way to change that, first and foremost? BILL ACKMAN: You need neutral spaces in media, by the way—neutral spaces where you can counteract the—I hate to use the word misinformation because that itself has problems. Look, I don’t want to sit here and just be an advertisement for X, but what's interesting is that when someone writes a profile of me in some media form, I can, within an hour of that article coming out, very specifically fact-check or address the issue, as could obviously any candidate for office. Prior to X being this sort of neutral platform, you had to send the Times a beg them for a correction, and in a few weeks, on quote-unquote page 4 or 3, in a place no one would read, the correction would appear. I think the more the public has lost confidence in conventional media, the more they're going to look to empirical voices in podcasting and citizen journalism on X. I do think that's a powerful counterpoint. One of the most powerful moments for many people, actually one of them for me, isI truly believed that Trump had said the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists were among the very fine people protesting. It takes about two minutes to actually watch what he said to realize he said precisely the opposite—that he condemned them. He said, "I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists" when he was talking about very fine people. That's the moment when you realize, "Oh my God, I really have been misled by the media." You look at the 60 Minutes excerpting that was done with Kamala, and you realize how much you can be manipulated, particularly by taped and excerpted media. So, if I'm trying to get to the truth, I want to hear the voice of the candidate—untaped, unscripted, without the teleprompter.

Quote: she praised the GOP presidential nominee [Trump] for bringing the Republican Party "back to the party of the people and the party of peace." "To those of you here or those watching at home who are independent-minded people like myself, who love our country and are committed to the Constitution and to freedom, the Democratic Party has no home for people like us," Gabbard said. "But we do have a home in the Republican Party where we are welcomed with open arms by President Trump."

That was ultimately the goal of all 19 of the Democrat challengers in the Democrat primary. Oh... Not Kamala though. She ran out of money and dropped out of the primary six months earlier in December of 2019. She was already deeply in the process of leveraging her DEI to get the VP pick if Democrats won. -------------------------------------------------- Trump will be fine. Quote: Over 80% Of Americans Are In Favor Of Requiring Photo ID, Proof Of Citizenship To Vote WASHINGTON, D.C. -- With less than two weeks to go in the presidential campaign and voting already underway in many states, 76% of U.S. adults favor the concept of early voting. Two other election law policies are supported by even more Americans -- requiring photo identification to vote (84%) and providing proof of citizenship when registering to vote for the first time (83%). Smaller majorities of Americans -- 60% each -- favor automatic voter registration, whereby citizens are registered when they do business with state agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles, and sending absentee ballot applications to all eligible voters. In contrast, majorities of Americans oppose removing people from voter registration lists if they haven’t voted in any elections in five years (64%) and limiting the number of drop boxes or locations for returning absentee ballots (58%).

If you haven't noticed, there has been a seismic shift in both parties that has been going on for over 2 decades now. You're witnessing the end of both parties as you knew them. The Democrats are now the party of war and the Billionaires. So far, the most important thing that Trump has ever done in his entire life is getting the NeoCons to out themselves en masse by supporting Harris.

Quote:"History shows it's more likely than not that the swing-state polling errors will all move in one direction. In 2012, 92% of the states moved toward Obama, with the polls underestimating him. In 2016, 83% of the swing states moved together because the polls underestimated Trump. And in 2020, 100% of the swing state poll averages underestimated Donald Trump," he explained. "Don't be surprised if this time around, when the swing-state polls underestimate one candidate, they underestimate them in all the states, leading to a relatively big Electoral College win of at least 300 electoral votes for one of the candidates."

Quote:When Iran got out of line, we eliminated an Iranian general of some note. We heard, “ISIS is an idea. It can’t be defeated,” but we sure as hell defeated them. So we weren’t averse to using force, but we wanted to stop using force for nation building and for things that weren’t in American interest. We drew a red line in Ukraine, and Putin didn’t dare cross it. We gave the Ukrainians Javelin missiles, which are the only reason today that Ukraine is free. We were tough on the Chinese. We let them know that it would be entirely unacceptable to invade Taiwan.
Quote:He said the military will stay and be strong. We’re going to bring all the American equipment home. We’ll bring home those who helped us on the ground. And we’re not leaving unless the Taliban comes to a good-faith agreement with the Afghan government on a government of national unity that will keep up the fight against ISIS-K.

Quote: WaPo Bails on Kamala, Won't Make Presidential Endorsement Friday, Oct 25, 2024 - 09:10 AM On Friday, the Washington Post announced that it would not endorse a candidate for president either, for the first time in 36 years. The Washington Post will not be making an endorsement of a presidential candidate in this election. Nor in any future presidential election. We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates," the outlet said in a statement. Colleagues are said to be 'shocked' at the decision, according to NPR. The editorial page editor, David Shipley, told colleagues that the Post's publisher, Will Lewis, would publish a note to readers online early Friday afternoon. Shipley told colleagues the editorial board was told yesterday by management that there would not be an endorsement. He added that he "owns" this decision. The reason he cited was to create "independent space" where the newspaper does not tell people for whom to vote. Colleagues were said to be "shocked" and uniformly negative. Post corporate spokespeople have not responded to multiple messages left by NPR on the subject. Update (1350ET): Details Behind Decision To Dump Harris The Washington Post has shed light on their decision not to endorse a presidential candidate for the first time in more than 30 years, revealing that "The decision not to publish was made by The Post's owner - Amazon founder Jeff Bezos." The paper also admits that a Harris endorsement had been drafted by staffers but Jeff killed it.

Quote: "Dangerous Times" - LATimes Editor Quits After Owner Strikes Down Kamala Endorsement The editorial editor for the Los Angeles Times quit in protest after the newspaper’s owner blocked a decision to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris. “I am resigning because I want to make it clear that I am not OK with us being silent,” Mariel Garza told the Columbia Journalism Review. “In dangerous times, honest people need to stand up. This is how I’m standing up.” Garza’s resignation followed the news this week that Patrick Soon-Shiong, the billionaire doctor who purchased the Los Angeles Times in 2018 for $500 million, shot down the Times editorial board’s attempt to endorse Harris. This will be the first election cycle since 2004 in which the Times has not endorsed a candidate. In a social media post, Soon-Shiong explained he offered the editorial board the chance to “draft a factual analysis of all the POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE policies by EACH candidate during their tenures at the White House, and how these policies affected the nation.” “With this clear and non-partisan information side-by-side, our readers could decide who would be worthy of being President for the next four years,” he wrote. “Instead of adopting this path as suggested, the Editorial Board chose to remain silent and I accepted their decision.”
