A 10-month-old girl has become one of Britain's youngest ever victims of yob culture.
Sarah Ali was left battered and bruised by a teenager who tried to snatch her from her pushchair.

Now, attacking a ten month old really takes some balls doesn't it?

I think I retract my statements Re. torture, maybe some people do deserve it.

A: Kermit's undivided attention.

Scumbag should be hung over the edge of a cliff by his toenails and left there until they all pull out.

I can think of something far better to hang him over the edge of a cliff by, preferably with old, dull, rusty barbed wire.

I sometimes wonder if some people really are sub-human, much as it pains me to think so.

To paraphrase my mentor, Mr. Heinlein ('cos I can't find the book right now):

"To kill a man may sometimes be necessary.

To confine him is an offence against his integrity, and your own."

You don't torture a roach, you kill it and move on.

To enjoy the flavor of life, take big bites. Moderation is for monks. --Robt. Heinlein

Exactly, R1Z.
I always think of that scene at the end of the Airwolf pilot; Jan-Michael Vincent flies Airwolf to where evil Dr. Moffet is (who just killed his true love) and doesnt land it to beat on him or torture him (although he tortured the girl), he just fires every missle on board at him. Quick and painless (if a little loud).

But I digress Chrisisall

The really distressing thing is if he's ever caught he'll probably get off with an ASBO or something because he was bullied at school once...

I mean, he's not a bad person afterall, just misunderstood.
It could be worse, he could of stolen some money of his employer.

Funny how crimes involving $ always carry stiffer sentances than crimes of violence against women and children seem to...

Its a sad fact that crimes against property are 'worse' than crimes against people in western law...

HKCAVALIER

Hey folks, this crime was racially motivated right? I mean it's not a coincidence that the victim's name was Yasmin Ali, right?

And I know y'all are getting your frustrations out, but do you really think there's anything to be gained by killing a 14 year old who was likely to be on drugs at the time of the attack? Have we so little hope in the healing ability of the human animal that we have no expectation that this child could be helped?

HKCavalier

Hey, hey, hey, don't be mean. We don't have to be mean, because, remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

Letme put it like this.
I don't advocate violence as part of disicipline on an everyday basis.
If my 14yr old son attacked a 10 month old child, racially motivated or no, I would not like to think what my actions would be.

His parents should be locked up for bring up a child who thinks that attacking a baby is ok.
