Will the trailer still be in theaters in january? I imagine not but if someone has heard please let us know. thanks

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I doubt the trailer will be out in January now.

According to Joss' post he mentioned watching trailers in the summer of '05, so I think we will not see the trailer until June or July now.

Just a guess, but his post seems to support it.

It would be a mark of respect to the exising fanbase if a trailer was released to the community, if not in the theatres. Universal has a viral marketing site that would be a convenient medium, assuming that site will be maintained over the hiatus.

Or he could be planning to release the trailer as planned, so that by summer it's running with just about everything. People'll be quoting from the trailers as easily as we quote from episodes. . .
