Hey everyone, I'm new to the boards, but have watched them for quite some time. Awesome that there are so many browncoats fighting to keep Firefly going! Rock on!

I have good news for Canadian fans(and possibly American fans with satellite) - Firefly is on the Space channel on Sundays at 11:00am EST!

I was flipping through my satellite channel listings and did a double take when I saw Firefly was on RIGHT THEN. I bounced up and down squealing, I think I scared the boyfriend.

Anyways, I quickly skimmed through the threads, and didn't see anything about this news, so thought I'd spread the joy! I usually watch Space, and never saw anything about Firefly, so I'm assuming it started pretty recently.

Oh, and if you were curious, the episode that was on was the episode where they team up with Saffron - forget the name right now.

It's been on Space for a while; they started airing it last year (or earlier? My memory's goin. . .) in the evening. Mondays, as I recall. They picked up a whole buncha shows then; Firefly, Dark Angel, Witchblade

It's been a part of their schedule ever since.

Wow, really? That's weird; like I said, I watch Space every so often, so I'm surprised I haven't caught it yet.

Well, thanks for the info, anyway!

I remember that they started airing them a little while before the DVDs were released because they were billing episodes such as "Trash", "Heart of Gold", and "The Message" as the North American Premiere.

Mal: "May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one."
