I liked how Alan mentioned Hoban Washburne again --wasn't FFF.net the first place that his full name was revealed by none other than Alan himself? So now we just need to find out Zoe and Book's full names. I got the feeling that Zoe didn't take her husband's name. If anything, I would have figured that Wash would have taken her name It was nice hearing from those guys, but the sound quality left much to be desired. Almost half the Alan Tudyk interview was cut out.

Harken: "Seems odd that you would name your ship after a battle you were on the wrong side of."
Mal: "May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one."

Surely Zoe's surname is Washburne then? Or ZW for short.

Does Zoe really strike you as the kinda woman who would get married and then take on the man's name?

Thanks for the link Trask.

Is Mal wearing a kilt in the photo of him, Alan, and Ruth Anne?

Is anyone else a little suprised at how confident the cast sounded when talking about future movies. In the past whenever asked they always seemed to say it depended on how this one was recieved but in these interviews they seemed pretty sure that they would be making a trilogy which is obviously very shiny and hopefully means they know something we dont.

Mmmm... Morena! As the hit song from 1909 went, "I love my wife, but oh, you Kid!" (Words and music: Harry Armstrong & Billy Clark)

Appreciatively,

zoid

P.S.
Mmmm... Marg Helgenberger!

Nathan is a riot. What's with the kilt? Not enough of Alan, Summer and Morena are charming as always. They all sound so happy to have worked together again. This is exactly what I needed at the end of a very long day. Now I can go to bed happy. Thanks, Trask.

Waow, these videos make me feel good this morning .

I didn't get everything Nathan said; could someone try and do a transcript of his video (if it is possible, regarding the guy who posted it).

Keep flyin', Firefly flans!

Well, no but then she doesn't strike me as the kind of woman that would get married in the first place. If she took part in such an arcane ceremony, why wouldn't she take his name as well?

Thanks for sharing! It is weird to see Morena with short hair but I think it is cute.

Some women enjoy the marriage ritual but don't want to take part of the "you are now the property of your husband" ritual of changing your last name.

I vote that Zoe didn't change her last name.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Our BDHs. Don't you just love them?

Nathan. What can be said of our wise cracking captain that has not already been said by others? He is funny, charming, and he is on the cutting edge of fashion.

Really not sure what he has going on w/ the leather kilt. It's not kilt if it ain't tartan. Still got to give him props for daring to be different.

Don't worry my captain, us Firefly "Flans" will be the best "flans" ever.

You just have to love Alan. He just really seems like the sort of guy you would love to sit down and talk to over dinner or a couple of drinks. He is very positive and cheerful and his shout out to the fans was great.

Summer is so shiny. She is upbeat, pretty, and so obviously in love w/ the rest of her cast and Serenity. Her enthusiasm bleeds over in the inteview and is contagious.

Morena. To mirror the comments of my friend Zoid, "Mmmmmmm.....Morena". She is so ruttin' hot. She is too hot for one human being. That seem right to you?

I love how she described Inara and commented a bit on how she will be a bit different in dress than we are accustomed to.

I think the playfulness between her and Nathan is so great. It really shows how as a cast they are so close. (I refuse to say "Awwwwww")

Well, here's what this Firefie Flan has to say:

The audio left lots to be desired! However, just to have new interviews and stuff is mighty shiny!

Did anyone already point out the "Summer Blau" titles on Summer's interview? Sorry, but that bugs me in a lack-of-professionalism way.

The audio was bad in several places in the interviews causing us to miss some comments, but nothing major.

I noticed Summer's last name was spelled wrong as well, but neglected to mention it.

I watched the vids for the San Diego Commic Con and I thought Nathan was going a little overboard calling her 'stupid'. I think its clear he was just pulling her pigtails but nobody likes being called stupid. She wouldnt really look at him after a while. Thats just what I took from it.

Did y'all ever see the 'Seinfeld' episode where (I think it was) Kramer tries to get Jerry to wear the frilly cuffed and collared blouse, ala an Errol Flynn pirate, 'cause it was going to be the hot new fashion and Jerry could be a trendsetter? That's what the kilt reminds me of...

Can you say 'fashion victim'? The "cutting edge of fashion" appears to have drawn first blood, Nat. Ah, well... Someone's got to do it, eh?

the movie is not the Series. Only the facts have been changed, to irritate the innocent; the names of the actors and characters remain the same

& here I thought I was the only one who did that. I mean, can't stop doing it. Typing is OK but, everytime I try to say it out loud, it comes out Firefie Flans.

Does that seem right, to you?
