Saw a mention of Firefly tv show in USA Today:

Also, nice mention of upcoming movie in letter to editor in Entertainment Weekly regarding their salute to Star Trek series ending. Essentially, the letter said that those who need a new sci fi fix should check out Joss Whedon's new sci fi movie Serenity.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Thanks for the link to the article. Great to see Firefly still getting mentioned. Hopefully it will create some buzz to get people into the theatre.

Ok, this is the second DVD thread that has a link to an article related to Firefly/Serenity and the article also includes Wonderfalls. Is it a coincidence? Just womdering.

Cool article. I bought that 'Twin Peaks' S1 DVD set a couple of years ago but I have yet to watch it. I never saw it on TV either. I really should get to that.

I just borrowed Twin Peaks season 1 from a neighbor who is as geeky as I am..and I was impressed with the fine quality of the video. I was also impressed with the outer jacket of the DVD set packaging. The jacket is clear and has the homecoming queen photo of Laura Palmer centered. When you slide the jacket off, Laura's picture perfect photo is replaced with an image of her face from the Pilot episode when she was wrapped in plastic. It's both errie and cool all at once.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Did you notice that at the bottom of that page you can send an email to enter a giveaway for the "Wonderfalls" DVD set? I have it already, but a free extra would be great to give as a gift.
