I just was looking at my calendar at work,when I realized this friday was when "Serenity" was due out.It made me think,while I am sad(because I would love to see it now) financially speaking it is a relief,because after the Philly con in June that gives me almost a full 4 months to save for the film and merchandise. So on friday if you see a fellow co-worker crying ,just know that they too are sad of the delay of "Serenity"--but those tears could be of joy knowing of all the shiny things they will be buying in September.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

You should do what a lot of Browncoats will be doing Friday Nakedandarticulate; have a viewing party/Shindig to make up for the fact the BDM was moved.

I have about 10 people coming over between converts, friends and family to watch the DVDs, eat, drink and be shiny.

I'll probably celebrate by going to the movie that replaced it, THE INTERPRETER. Looks like a damn good movie (first real intelligent flick of the year) and maybe, just maybe, the trailer for SERENITY will be attached to it. It's the least 'Versal can do.

I was going to go see The Interpreter also but instead I got my self a cute little kitty. Of course I named her Kaylee. Now hopefully she can keep me entertained until Sept. 30th.
