Important people don't do field work.

That's right...as of today, I've been haunting this website for one year.

I think I'm going to cry a little bit. I'd like to thank God, with whom all things are possible, I'd like to thank my Mom and Dad and stepparents. My beautiful wife, WifeWithPez...You drive me nuts and I love you for it. To my kids...when you get back from Kentucky, don't worry, we'll get you deprogrammed from staying with your grandparents...I'd like to thank Haken, and Joss, and all the Big Damn Heroes...but, most importantly, I'd like to thank the other fans. We have done the impossible, and that makes us mighty! Extra special thanks to ThatWeirdGirl, Channain, SoulofSerenity, Canton, Browncoat1, maniacnumber1, Hell's Kitten, starrbaby, casualty, cosmicfugitive, Static,...oh, the band has started playing and I just got started...I'd also like to thank my agent!!!

And, to anyone reading this who doesn't see the inherent humor, I guess I haven't been on the site long enough. I'll be around, pestering, telling EVERYONE when I have to pee, writing weird flylogs, upsetting everyone in the tag, posting bad fanfic, and posting the occasional picture of myself so's I can get shot down,...In short, here's to another year, if not many, many more...

I really don't take myself this seriously...I love this site, and I'm just making a joke.

Geez...

And, for anyone who's feelings might be hurt because I didn't mention them, I'm sorry...I have a good memory most of the time, but as I started making the list, it went out the door. Then the band started playing me off...

"Yo! Wrap it up B!"

So, if you didn't get mentioned, but think you should have, again, I'm very sorry...feel free to throw rocks...

Has it been a year? Well, Pezzy, I’ve enjoyed getting to know ya. Only 53 more days until your one year comment post anniversary on ThatWeirdGirl.com. I’m glad you stopped by. I’d say it’s been a pleasure, but it hasn’t….we haven’t done any of that kind of thing

Happy Anniversary ManWithPez. We’re glad you’re one of us…

Consider yourself at home.
Consider yourself one of the family.
We've taken to you so strong.
It's clear we're going to get along.
Consider yourself well in
Consider yourself par to the furniture.
There isn't a lot to spare.
Who cares?..What ever we've got we share!

Consider yourself our mate.
We don’t want to have no fuss,
For after some consideration, we can state...
Consider yourself
One of us!

Love ya!

twg anecdote...

The Cheers theme song was the second song I taught myself on the piano when I was a little girl. I used to sit and play it over and over and over...it was surprisingly easy to sound out.

Oh, TheRealMe, I'm sorry, I really meant to mention you, and chrisisall too, and lissa, and a whole lot more...but I forgot. Its not like me, but there it is. I guess age is catching up with me...Now, to hit the turbo boost before it can catch me!

And, well, gosh and gee...Its just so nice of every one to say something, except for Soul who wants me dead. Or at least, to not be so outspoken...But, Meeeeee, I gotta be MEEEEEE!!!

And, the first song I sounded out on the piano was the overture from The Phantom of the Opera. (I was late to the piano game, as any instructors I got would quit over some family crisis within a week...you know, just in time to learn some scales...) It isn't a hard song when you don't know what you're doing. And, I just played it chromatically in octaves. When someone actually gave me sheet music to it, I think part of my brain died. But, I love the title song from The Phantom of the Opera. Now, if only I could learn to play one of the two violins I own...

53..now 52...till the serviceman from Korea stopped by your site, huh? I shall have to mark that on the calendar. I remember you mentioning it,which should tell you that I've been a Weirdess fan for some time now...

as for pleasure:

Give yourself over
To absolute pleasure,
Swim the warm waters
Of sins of the.....

Right, that's enough of that....

I think I'll need to go on something like witness protection soon!

I fancied River from the start.

Is that weird?

That's not weird...everyone had their picks...I remember when I first watched it thinking "Man, that Zoe sure is hot!"

Then I got my DVDs...Kaylee is the hotness, and I can't be persuaded otherwise...but, all four women are beautiful...oh yes!

Five, if you count the ship...She's so shiny, is Serenity...

Couldn't bother to mention your homeboy from Kentucky?

I thought I had at least a fairly memorable screen name.

I like you, and I invite you to throw rocks like the rest of people who's name I forgot when I was writing the post...

Man, this is worse than my family Christmases where everyone has good intentions, but everyone's feelings get hurt just the same...

Sorry Steve, and anyone else...look, I won't even move, just chuck it!

Once again, I beg someone to create an emoticon to help better display sarcasm. Everyone should know by now not to take most of what I say seriously anyway, but it would be cool.

I'd use but it just doesn't get the feeling across well enough.

Do you really think I'm being serious? I'm not gonna let you throw a gorram ROCK at me. Whattya? Nuts?

Maybe I need the sarcasm font too.

Actually, I know I need it. This entire thread would have been written in it...
