Of course if Serenity works in any way like my car does, then replacing the coil before would have kept that catalyzer from blowing.

No problem. Thought it was the same part myself for a long time until I watched the 2 eps close together to realize there was a difference. Doesn't help that they all start with C.

And yes, if the coil was replaced it wouldn't have blown. Like you said, always listen to your mechanic.
