Yipee! I mean Whoo-hoo!

Sold out too!

No where near New York or LA. But I'm going to start checking stores anyways.

"Do you have Serenity yet? I heard that some stores have it already."

Maybe they will take the hint and stock enough. They have to stock the shelves.

:O

Does this mean Amazon wasn't on crack when they told me my dvd was being shipped on the 8th? Might I actually get it in the mail next week?

Squee!

Nah, there's no way Serenity can be out now. I'm calling BS! You obviously have a bootleg, nakedandarticulate...

(if I keep on denying it, I won't get jealous as hell that you have it...)

Hopefully, I'll get my Amazon pre-order a little early too.

I can't wait to see the outtakes!

How was the commentary?

Actually, I think I noticed that in the theater - when Mal and Simon are heading down to the infirmary, Mal leading the way, the camera swings from him to Simon, and I think the cut is right there.

MAL "You only gotta scare him."
JAYNE "Pain is scary..."

I don't know how it works in the movie world, but in the book-world, stores that break release dates are at risk for losing their ABA memberships and distributors will refuse to work with them if they get a reputation for it.
Especially since Harry Potter.

Is there some authority that manages release dates for movie distributors?

Do you have any info on the deleted scenes?

You lucky NYC folks!

A ton of Inara out-takes. Some Jayne/Kaylee stuff too but just shortened. Inara was cut the most.

It's actually worse in the movie world as it is illegal meaning you could get jail time or a $500 fine and at the most you'll lose your job and or cause the company you work for to lose their business with said company.

Oh, and play Cantr II at www.cantr.net.

This will really suck if it's sent early because I'm going to be elsewhere for the holidays and so I had it sent directly there so I'd be able to have it right away when it was released on the 20th. I don't even leave until the 16th which means it my movie could be sitting at someone else's house without me! And me stuck at home without it!

This could get ugly...don't look...

I often wondered who the idiot at FOX was that messed up Firefly...now we know...it's Byrd!!!

He wants to trash the show and the movie in the hopes they make no more money. That way he wont feel like a complete loser all the time.
