Hi all,

On the first DVD in the first episode at around 34:20 min i noticed it stops 3-4 times for a very short time when Inara washes herself. I'm wondering if it's intentional or my DVD is defective. Thanks.

I think Joss was being 'arty' in that shoot...
Just like in 'Objects in Space' when you see Jubil Early's reaction shots cut in and out of some extreme reaction shots...just to kind of alter the reality....

but that is just my guess

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

There are shots just like that during Mal and Nandi's sex scene in "Heart of Gold" too. Just Joss being "arsty fartsy" as he calls it.
