for those of you who didn't tune in to 24 tonite, the character played by Mark Sheppard, also known in these parts as Badger, was killed.

What a shame.

So are those of you who watched just to see our favorite scoundrel still gonna watch?

Well, technically, he was already dead.

He's like a meme. As long as there are sensitives, the good doctor'll be there. Whispering.

And his personal grudge against Allison has only gotten worse; from teasing a helpless foe to seriously p*ssed off.

That was the first thing I said when it happened. Guess he didn't have a large enough den in this show.

I think CYBERSNARK is a little confused. Roland19 was talking about his character on 24, not on Medium.

Yeah, I was kind of hoping he would be the "big bad" for this season. Wow, something about this conversation just made me place that other guy on 24 this season...he used to be on that Canadian vampire show, "Forever Knight." I'm kind of embarrassed to know that one.

Well.. I WISH they would kill President David Logan... GOD.. what a (*#&$(*#$ p*ssy!!! That's another Firefly character. David Logan is played by Gregory Itzin.. who if you recall.. played Higgins in the episode "Jaynestown".

Andy Umberger, Greg Henry, Lina Patel, Doug Savant, and Andrew Rolfes also have both played parts in Firefly AND 24. Maybe someone in the casting dept. of 24 is a firefly fan?? Although most of these actors get around.. so it's probably not that uncommon..

I love "24" - Mark was an added bonus! So I'll still be watching and looking for more familiar faces.

Like yeah.

Did anyone seriously think that you could play a terrorist on a show with "Jack Bauer" and not get killed (and perhaps tortured, killed, then tortured some more)?!?!? (Maybe even tortured, killed, tortured some more, then killed again??)

I thought that's why we watch that show?

Actually, chances are if you sign on to play any role on "24", you're lookin' to get snuffed. I mean -- what's the mortality rate for characters on that show? You probably have a better chance of hitting the lotto than of surviving "24" -- unless, you're Jack Bauer, of course.

ooooooh! i knew he looked familiar but i had no idea until you mentioned it! usually i recognize anyone who even played the tiniest of roles on buffy, angel or firefly lol. is it just me or did he lose like 30 pounds? and i agree...total p*ssy. he should just be a figurehead and let his wife (yay jean smart!) make all the decisions.

No.. it's not just you.. he is probably down 30 pounds.. at least! You know though.. I didn't recognize him by his face.. it was his voice where I was like.. wait a second.. isn't that Higgins?

Nope... I won't be happy till he is DEAD!!!! Dead.. dead.. dead!!! I HATE his character.. I cringe everytime he has to make a decision.. he pushes everyone to simply "take care of things.. no matter what you have to do".. then goes apesh&t when someone makes the tough decisions (even if they are the correct decision) and wants to screw it all up by then suddenly saying everything has to go through him.. only to push it back onto someone else when the next tough decision comes along. I mean.. he's going to help the terriorist assasinate the russian president... which is the wrong decision no matter what.. BUT he has no guarentee that they won't use the nerve gas anyway? I mean.. WTF?!?!?!

I mean.. if I were Gregory.. I would DEMAND that my character be killed so I can get the hell out of there and quit playing such a p&ssy. That's why Kim is no longer on the show.. Melissa said she didn't want to pay Kim anymore if they were going to keep making her such a dipsh!t.

I missed the part where he got killed. I saw the scene where he and couple of guys drove off in a pickup truck. And I saw some parts of yesterday's episode, I didn't see the part where he was killed.

Even better... the only way I could POSSIBLY see him redeaming himself... is for him to FINALLY make the tough decision.. and the RIGHT decision... One that saves his wife, the russian president, and his wife.. but costs him his own life in the process. Paying the sacrifice of his own life to do the right thing is the ONLY way I can see giving this character even one drop of respect. Otherwise.. I don't even see how he (the actor) can stand to play such a.. well. I keep comming back to the same word... p*ssy (which isn't a suprise )!!

Not me, I want her dead. I would love to see the terrorist take out the motorcade, exept that Aaron is in the limo, and Aaron is the man. But Mrs. Logan really needs to die.

No kidding...my fiance and I make little excuses for him in a falsetto voice. When "I like to shove people down the stairs" guy (I'm not good with names) was trying to hand him the phone and he was saying, "Can't you talk to him?" we were yelling, "Tell him I'm in the shower!" "Tell him I have a tongue cramp!"
