We've all posted about different situations where Firefly and Serenity lines have popped up in our conversations. That led me to ponder: Who gets quoted the most?

I know in my life, it's easily Mal. The comments he makes just somehow fit into my routine. Jayne and Zoe make occasional appearance, and there is a Simon sighting every so often, but it's overwhelmingly Mal.

How bout you guys?

"I'll be in my bunk" is the most-often used quote as far as I know, so I'm guessing in terms of sheer quantity it's probably Jayne.

Other people can occasionally be useful, especially as minions. I want lots of minions.

it's my impression that it's Jayne, pretty much. Mal and Wash are close seconds. But that's just my take.

It seems to be a seasonal thing. River seems to get quoted a lot during the fall and winter, and Mal get's the spring and Summer quotes with some Kaylee thrown in for added spice.

People seem to quote Jayne when they are mad, and they quote Book when they are feeling in a deep mood. Hardly no ones quotes Inara.
