One of it's more invaluable things is a map of the Underground. Have a lovely time at which ever you decide. While I'm not an Austin fan, I can understand your dilemma. Heck, the first day I spent in Dublin I spent half of it at the Writer's Museum. ***** RMMC

Quote:Originally posted by embers: oh yes, absolutely.... Lady Catherine had encouraged Mr. Collins to take up beekeeping, so of course he ran right out and set up a couple of hives but handled them clumsily (as he does everything) and he is stung to death... but of course while he is suffering a lingering painful death, Simon comes to treat him and cannot help but appreciate Charlotte's many fine qualities. One of which is her ability to sweep a man off his feet without waiting for HIM to make the first move. Kaylee having already been stolen from Simon because Darcy has no problems stepping up and telling a girl how deeply he loves her (and Darcy learned his lesson about complaining about her low origins, so he manages to not insult Kaylee with his proposal).

Right now, I'm watching my Pride and Prejudice DVD. Can you go to both? Is the Jane Austen festival a one time thing, or every year? I do not envy your position! ***** Mal:We're still flying. Simon: That's not much. Mal: It's enough.

Unfortunately not. I'd have to save for at least a year or two to be able to afford an overseas trip at this point. Have fun for me, take lots of piccys and don't forget to share 'em with us. ****** RMMC

(you know Inara would ultimately be happier in a position of wealth and power...) BTW I see you CAN attend at least part of the Jane Austen Festival because it will go on a full week, that is so great! You get to have your proverbial cake and eat it too (soooo is Mal the cake?)
