Hey! I just saw Superman Returns. You know who would've been good as Superman/Clark Kent? Sean Maher. I can especially see him as Clark Kent. He's got the look. What say you?

Goodnight, and have a pleasant tomorrow.

Naw, they got the right guy for Superman. I could see Sean Maher playing Richerd White, though.

Haven't seen it yet, but I will be on the look out for this Richard White guy! Sean Maher just needs some more exposure! His agent needs to get on the ball! Casting directors would be fools if they didn't pick him for a part, he already has a fanbase...just a side note, I think Sean Maher could play a pretty menacing villian. Not that we would want him to be a baddie, but yeah, menancing Sean, could be hot...just a thought!

Well, first he has to grow a big black moustache...

I've already said it: http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=21770&newsid=0

Yeah, Sean would be a great Superman.

Thank you. I thought so too. At least he has the look and the acting chops (ever seen him in the re-make of "Brian's Song"?)

Goodnight, and have a pleasant tomorrow.

Is Sean as a lead in a romantic comedy too much to ask??

Though I have to agree, he would kick butt as a villian.

He was in "The Dive from Clausen's Pier," but I don't know if it was comedic enough to classify as "romantic comedy." That's a good idea though. I'd just like to see more of him.

Goodnight, and have a pleasant tomorrow.

I think that they did a great job casting Clark Kent/Superman.

Finally saw Superman with my sister just the other day, and I agree with Leiasky, Brandon Routh was a good choice for Clark Kent, but Sean Maher would have been great as Richard White! Hopefully we can see him in something soon! Don't know if I like Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, she seemed a little wimpy to me...but other than that, I loved the movie!

I don't see him in a straight role in a romantic comedy myself. he strikes me as somebody who could play the type of character hugh grant plays though. The slightly bumbling or somebody who's not quite with the plot.
