13 is seemingly alone in his study, reading a thick, wordy tome. His eyes flicker upwards, back to the book, and upwards again.

"Oh, hello, gentle viewers! Caught me catching up on an old favorite."

A brief update on what's happened so far:
Milkweed-wranglers continue to strike, protesting the changes in tomatoe ration allotments. Representatives of the Zodiac Re-attainment Project (overseers of the Freedom for Linseed Consignment) refuse to cave on the issue, defending the new policy with the brief but definitive statement: "We think horses are pretty". A sure sign the conflict will continue for some time.
