Scene opens with Kaylee sitting in her lounge chair outside Serenity's ramp twirling her umbrella.

"You're coming with us." she says to a customer off camera.

"What?" he says still unseen.

" You like ships. You don't seem to care anything about the destinations. You like ships and mine's the nicest." She gets up to meet the new arrival.

"Don't look like much."

" Well, she'll fool ya. Why don'tcha care where you're going Mr....?"

"Box....Jack Box and can she get me to the nearest Jack-in the Box in 2 minutes?"

We get our first look at big headed Jack offering Kaylee a Jack-in the Box burger.

Anybody else have a commercial they'de love to see play homage to Serenity/Firefly? I'd love to hear about your commercial.

I would have the scene in Fanty and Mingo's bar, just as River is entering, and instead of the Fruity Oaty Bar commercial playing, it's a Panda Express chef talking about their orange chicken, with lots of futuristic graphics floating around.
Then we see a closeup of River's face as she whispers "Panda." And then she starts kicking and fighting etc and it all leads up to the point where Mal is going through the safebox for his gun but instead he pulls out a chinese takeout box and points it at River.

I would also have the scene from Ariel where Simon is berating the doctor for giving the wrong medications to the surgery patient. As Simon walks away, a nurse would come in and say "That's a really amazing doctor..." and Simon would turn around and say "Oh I'm not a doctor. I'm just that man's Morgan Stanley agent."

Those are very good and funny PAX.

Here's another one. In the OoG eps after Mal tells the guy he wants to see the engine part before he opens the door. Then right after he opens up and feels the rush of fresh air the energizer bunny comes in beating his drumb waving his arm around with the engine part in his hand. great plug for energizer batteries.

It really would, I could see the first one being pretty darn good for jack in the box too, someone should take these in to those two. It would get firefly comercials out there and someone could get the money for the marketing idea. Could start our own Browncoat marketing company. :)

In the UK, they had these ads for an assurance company called Prudential. The campaign consisted of someone finding out something life changing - he was about to be fired, his wife was pregnant, something like that, and then bursting into song. "There may be trouble ahead / But while there's moonlight and music / and love and romance / let's face the music and dance!" Everyone else in the scene would become backing dancers, very Once More with Feeling. The tagline was "Prudential: For the life you don't yet know."

Anyway ... how cool would a Firefly version of that be? The gang facing some life or death situation, and Mal suddenly bursts into song, with the rest of the crew dancing around behind him ... gives me a happy just thinking about it
