I've been waiting for a friend to make up her mind if she wanted to go, and I finally decided to just buy a ticket before they all sold out. I missed out on the banquet already (crap!), but I managed to get a weekend pass and ticket to the cocktail party.

If my friend doesn't want to go, I guess I'll just have to make friends there.

Anybody wanna be my friend...?

I'll be there, too! Like you, I bought mine too late and missed the Banquet ticket, but I've got my Cocktail ticket. We'll all have to come up with a plan to meet up somewhere then. Any ideas?

Seriously, it's good to know there'll be others like us about who can commiserate with each other while the banquet hilarity ensues without us.

We'll have to find each other beforehand and work something out.

Congrats on getting your tix! I was lucky enough to snag a banquet ticket, but if you keep checking back at the forum there, you never know when someone will be selling their banquet ticket. So I would just keep an eye on the ticket exchange thing.
