To answer some of your questions, here is a vid that was entered recently. It outlines exactly what I meant in the FFF.net Trailer thread about starting with the animated logo and ending with the episode text.

Your vid can be teaser trailers for each episode, or a teaser introducing the series. Some folks have done vids introducing the characters. People are being pretty creative about it.

I'm glad you're interested in working on some! I think this will be a neat project, and several vidders have said when submitting their entries that they've learned some new things trying to get inside our contest parameters.

You are right though, challenge does bring out creativity but everyone is a critic, so just don't discredit what people are trying to do for the show.
