Listen I've been there and back again, to quote JRR Tolkien.

I have seen just about the worst and have been just about the worst.

But if you have problems there's all kind of help.

That's what I did. I found help.

You not are shit. Put that out of your mind right now. Have you got a family doctor? Start there.

I'm serious here Faramir. You are worth it. I discovered this for myself and I know it is true of every last soul in this verse.

Stop beating yourself up and get help.

I don't know where I would be if I hadn't got help. But it would not be here talking to you like this. More likely in the gutter where I was headed.

You can do it. You are worth it.

You are in for a rough ride. It isn't easy. But I know it can be done. I have seen people in more serious shape than me turn their lives around. So start now. I don't want to get in a religious debate here, but God don't make shit!

Now get help! I mean it!

Hey Faramir!

Everything Traveler said and more - I am there, to some degree, at the moment - it is an illness, not you! It is something that makes you think you are 'shit'... but it is something that you will heal from with some time, some care and maybe some medicine... I need all of the above too!

I started with my doctor and I am doing really well - at least one day at a time I am!

Talk with other Browncoats - they're the shiniest! Talk with family or friends who will take you seriously, talk with your doctor or look for a minister, or a leader of faith that you are comfortable with and start talking! These are people who should know what you are saying and know where to start! If you find someone doesn't take you seriously then look for someone else!

And what Traveler said about 'God don't make no shit!... That bits true!!!
