BTW Imponderers - I actually have a male friend who is quite popular with the ladies and he said he watches chick flicks to see how the heroes kiss the girls... you know there is sense in that? He says that if he didn't watch what turned the women on enough to sigh when they watch these films again and again he wouldn't understand what to do to make them sigh in real life!

Trade Ya MSG. This weekend we rented a dumpster 20' x 7' x 5'. We had a lot of stuff to throw out and had the In-laws and my parents bring stuff over too. By yesterday afternoon it was completly full and I can barely move today because of it.

So, on the issue of musicals...
We (me and PsychoBilly) watched Big Jake last night before he went to bed. I'd like to see it remade, though as more of an American Graffiti type of musical. A constant stream of updated music.
As for stage musicals...
definately Crouching Tiger. It was already very operatic. add the singing and I think it would be legendary.

Well, I guess. GND was gone until last night and of course she calls and has me hang out for a bit. I spent the day yesterday lookin' for wood and hunting. Couldn't get to the trees I wanted to cut because all the roads were flooded. I know, its the desert, but we are also a flood basin for the Carson River. Ended up with two cottontails and four quail. Who says a .410 is useless. I cleaned 'em up and gave them to my elderly uncles who rarely get good meat. Felt good to give something to them.
I'm really surprized I went over to her house last night. I was moving for twelve hours, walked at least six miles in the mud and sand, had to finish doing laundry, and really needed a beer. But still I went. And though nothing really happened, I was happy going.
