Here's my take:

Standoff:
Don't have one, haven't seen it. Storyline didn't really appeal to me. Love Gina, though!

Daybreak:
Story didn't really appeal to me, either, but I did watch most of it, partially because of Adam, partially because of the Lost clips they were supposed to show during it. However, I missed those and was overall unimpressed with the show. It seems like a male version of a cross between Alias, Tru Calling and 24, and the characters just didn't pull me in. Ridiculous, contrived and boring. I probably wouldn't have been such a huge Alias fan either if it hadn't been for the powerhouse chemistry of Jennifer Garner and Victor Garber, which to me, was the whole reason to watch.

Nathan's Lost episode:
Yes, this show is somewhat ridiculous and contrived, but the characters (and the actors who play them) make it work for me. However, anyone who can choose to stay with a moderately charming/mostly asshole con artist over Captain Tightpants is NOT playing with a full deck!!!

I haven’t seen Day Break yet, I think the premise is great but I think it’s gonna get cancelled... maybe after a few episodes, maybe after the first season.

Standoff is really quite good. Give it a try, you might be surprised.

I've never seen Standoff. I watched the premier of Day Break and really enjoyed it a good deal. I'm really looking forward to watching the next ep. I don't think it will be cancelled before its 12 week run is over, and everything is supposed to be self contained within those 13 eps. If it does do well and is green-lighted for further seasons, then they'd come up with a way to add it on to the story.

Nathan was good on Lost, but Lost has been somewhat lacking this season, for me. I'm still looking forward to when the show returns, though.

Woman, you are completely off your nut.

Standoff just never really caught my eye. The premise just looked kinda silly and boring to me. But I might go check an episode just to see Gina.

I actually quite liked Day Break. Adam, of course, was a great bastard, but the over-all show kept me very interested and now I'm ready for next week. I hope it continues.

I am a HUGE LOST fan so watching Nathan on that was no chore and he was wonderful. I honestly think he would make a great cast member. Remember reading somewhere he was supposed to be in 2 episodes. Huh, maybe it was a misprint. I will agree that this season is starting to ware on me a bit. I expect things to move slow on this show, but it's starting to piss me off.

I'm enjoying Lost more this season than last for some reason. I guess it's the whole hatch thing, but it really started to bore me from the episode where Sun lost her wedding ring and anyone would've had to be a completely out of it to not know where she lost it. It does piss me off that they seem to insult our intelligence sometimes, but it's a plus that they apparently took a cue from Joss and have the characters occasionally comment on how ridiculous it is. Plus, Drew Goddard is on board now, so yay!

Loved Daybreak. It really keeps you on the edge of your seat. And of course, it has Adam in it, so I'm there with bells on.

Standoff really didn't draw me in that much. It'd be different if the focus was more on Gina, then I'd be more inclined to watch it.

Nathan's episode was the best of the season so far. Though I feel bad about the Captain's penchant to be drugged by unscrupulous women that are posing as his wife. And I acutally like the idea of Kate and Sawyer together. He's no Mal, but from a purely physical perspective, Sawyer doesn't exactly fall short. And he's certainly a lot better than Jack, self-righteous bore that he is.

I like Jack, but it just never seemed to me that Kate was as into him or he with her as we were supposed to believe. I mean, there has been bucketloads of chemistry with Kate and Sawyer, since early on, but I just never understood the Jack/Kate thing. Although, Matthew Fox is a much better actor than the other two, chemistry matters, too.

Standoff: I haven't watched it as much as I want to...I've liked what I've seen, though, and try to catch it when I can.

Daybreak: Caught the premiere, and am actually quite intrigued. There were a few twists I didn't see coming, and I like not knowing much more than the main character. I think as we see how characters react to the different events of the day each time, we'll get to know them more and more. I'm on board for the season...it makes a nice filler until Lost comes back, if nothing else!

Lost: I love this show. Came on board late, but managed to catch up by the time season 2 began, and this season has given me much to look forward to, thus far. *Loved* seeing nathan on there...he seemed to fit right in, and gave us some insight into Kate's character a little more. I don't know if it'd be necessary, or not, but it'd be awesome to see more of him on there!

Didn't Nathan just sign a deal with Fox (the traitor--just kidding)? Would they allow it? God, I hope so. But it's not as though they haven't screwed us over before.

Though I'm not much for ships (outside of maybe Mal and Inara), I could never understand the Kate and Sawyer thing...Kate and Jack makes more sense to me. It just comes down to how you see things, I guess ;)

I agree about Jack in the sense that if you want to be stranded on a deserted island with someone, you want it to be with someone who's going to work with you instead of screw you over to get what he wants/needs. I'd personally prefer Jack to Sawyer, but with Kate, I just don't think the writers have actually written toward a potential Jack/Kate pairing as much as they've built up Kate/Sawyer. Maybe if they had, I'd feel differently.

Standoff comes on before House, on Tuesdays at 7, on Fox (at least where I am). I actually really like it. I do wish there was more Gina (which is happening in the show a little), but otherwise it's great.

Didn't see Daybreak (might just go watch the recording I have now), so I can't say, but it doesn't look that great to me from what I've seen.

Don't like Lost, just watched it for Nathan (whose character, because of the writing, was less-than-good).

That's the funny thing...except for this season, I just haven't seen anything built between Kate and Sawyer except a few chemically charged scenes which don't count much to me. It's all about perspective :)

REDLAVA

Standoff: The first episode I saw was this last weeks, and I thought it was very good. Not enough Gina Torres in my opinion, but I am a fan of Ron Livingston so I was happy. I will definately watch it again next week.

Daybreak: I thought it was very entertaining. Hopefully it will not get old after a while. I liked Groundhog Day so hopefully with Adam and some gun fights it will be just as good if not better. And I am really having a hard time with Adam playing a not so nice person. I will watch it again next week as well.

Lost: Nathan was great. Lost is one of my favorite shows and having him on it for an episode was fantastic. Too bad he couldn't be a castaway so we could see him every week again. He is too good of an actor to be an extra.

Maybe the extra-slow buildup of Jack/Kate had a reason, like that Sawyer is just the roadblock on the way there. She has to go through her bad-boy phase (which is maybe delayed reation to killing her father/old boyfriend--she thinks Jack's too good for her?)and once she finds out that he slept with Ana-Lucia (or some other stupid/assholey thing he does) she'll go running to Jack.

As for Nathan on Lost, I was thinking exactly the same thing. I wish he was a regular instead of a guest star. He would be so great with the main cast!

Standoff:
Didn't see it.

Daybreak:
Thought it was very good. Adam is very good at playing Bastards ;)

Lost:
Don't watch the show, but watched just for Nathan, and I thought he was great, but my mum thinks i'm jealous of Kate.

Havent seen Standoff or Daybreak yet.

I missed Alan Tudyk guest starring on CSI. I'm still mad about that one.

I never watch Lost but when i heard Nathan was going to be on it I definitely tuned in. My husband thought I was crazy because I have no idea whats going on.

As soon as Nathan said: "Wanna get it on?" I just melted and pretended he was talking to me. I still fantasize about that.

Urg! I went to watch Daybreak, but it only taped half the episode! Apparently there wasn't enough time left on the tape, but...

From what I saw of Adam, I liked (::shudders::); but, as far as the rest of the show goes... the main character is freaky, and the story is a little (a lot) unbelievable (for me, anyway). I'll probably still tune in for Adam (just like with Summer and The Unit), but I don't know how much of it I'll like.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Standoff - I watched the first two episodes, but couldn't get interested in it, and I wanted to because I love Gina and I've liked Ron Livingston in everything else I've seen him in.

Daybreak - I liked it, and will continue watching it. Adam was great, and I think he will eventually be working to help Taye Diggs' character and his current partner. There was a scene, I think it was the second time he was talking to the partner in his office, he got a look on his face sort of like he had a deja vu moment, just before he started to ask her if she thought Taye had killed the DA, but she answered no even before he could finish the question. My suspicion is that others are going to start realizing the changes in the "days" as the story progresses.

Lost - I have not missed an episode yet, love the show, and wish Nathan had more screentime. I think Kate will eventually hook up with Jack though.

Loved that scene too.

Word is that Nathan is in two episodes and that both episodes have already been filmed.

Nathan played such a good guy. But then we never saw how he was at work. And remember there doesn't seem to be any real good people or real evil people on LOST.

Don't cha think Kevin is gonna join the chase for Kate? Which means he could be in the tail section of the plane.

I watch a lot of different shows and like a lot of different shows. On one hand I love Firefly which is a totally unique Sci Fi show and on the other I love 24 which is also a unique but its Drama/Action. I also Love Lost, Prison Break, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate SG1/Atlantis, Weeds, Rescue Me and a lot more shows and I cant wait for the new episodes to air in the UK. One big show I’m looking forward too is Heroes, the premise is exactly the kind of thing that appeals to me the most, I’ve always wished I had powers and could fly or something lol.

I don't really watch TV. The only things I've been catching are BSG and Heroes, with a little Daily Show/Colbert Report here and there. So I don't even know what these shows are... although I do know what Lost is (used to watch it when it first came out). Oh yeah, I'll catch Good Eats every once in a while too. I'm a nielson house too, so my watching actually counts... lol. I do watch Firefly a lot and I think that counts for something, but it's most likely not enough to bring the show back.

Standoff- I was somewhat neutral after the first two episodes, but then it began to get better. Since then, it's been building at a pretty good clip. Plus with Tim Minear joining up, it should get better still. In particular, I have to say that the Nov 7 episode, "One shot stop", was one of the best hours of TV ever. A truly amazing episode, IMHO!!!

Daybreak- Haven't seen it.

Lost- I'm a big fan. Nathan was great- was there any doubt? But seriously, what is up with him and kissing women then passing out?! Is it a condition of Nathan's that they just write into the plot???
