I have had back pain this week and my sleeping patterns are all out of whack - I have been catching a couple of hours here and a couple there so when I had a real sleep yesterday afternoon/evening I resolved to stay up until tomorrow night so that I can get back into a reasonable pattern...

And as soon as I get to play with my 'ponderers I have all these issues with FFF.net - is it just me? <--see!!

Anyway - I am still here!!

Oh poor little sisters little sister - that just sin't right my gorgeous MsG - I do hope her husband at least booked her into a day spa or something after that ordeal she sounds like such a trouper...

Now, lets hope this one posts...

Edit: Yay - it worked!! And hello JohnnyQ!!

Oh.. and Qing ren... I couldn't forget you!

I am so sorry about the back pain, Mer...dalena.

Bad for you, good for us as we get to comfort you during our normal waking hours. (Nice back you have there, too. You wouldn't believe what it took me to get that shot...)

I am of a mind (or two) that the site is having woes and it is not just you.

So how come Tristan gets ninja kiss after ninja kiss and all I get is "crap" references?

EDIT: Whoa! Where'd you all come from? Good thing I didn't get all inappropriate with Mags here in the dark thinkin' we wuz all alone!

Shoot, MsG, if you glow like that now, I kin hardly wait for the real thing! You'll be able to light Vegas!

DTH! Where in the Samhein have you been?? Is what Tom Waits does called singing? Thanks for clearing that up. Of course you can, er, "sing" loudly along! Freak the Geeks!

Johnny Cash is a great choice, NVG. Unless you've got some serious updates on myspace (haven't visited lately), I'm gonna have to get a PM or something to catch up on Love's Labor Lost and Found. Catch me up.

Boo! I'm still here!!

And I am certain that I sing way better when I have had lots to drink - I don't understand when my best friend grabs the microphone from me and says "You'll thank me tomorrow..." I never do by the way - I think she's just jealous!

... and yes - there are sometimes microphones! And Evita... or Oklahoma... or Annie... or Patsy Cline (I can't even sing in her key when I am sober)

and you are not alone in trying to get on - I was looking forward to non-stop play with my 'Ponderers and the naughty 'puter stopped me...

EDIT:

I sing loudly all the time. Drunk or sober. Sing along with any tune I know, and make an attempt with those I don't. Half the time I don't even notice I'm doing it. Drives Geekmafia nuts. Who says you can't sing along to Tom Waits??? That's not a rule!!!

Hey – I can sing along to Tom Waits… Filippino Rum helps a lot though!!!

It’s so good to see you DTH!!

Quote:

Magda… I am so sorry about your back... enjoy the painkillers though

Thank you so much my sweet little sister I am actually going well now without the pain killers – I don’t even try to get back into normal sleep patterns until I can go 12 hours without them – so far so good, it must be all the loving vibes I am receiving from the USA and all over!!

Wow!! Johnny!! Can you photograph the rest of me with that remarkable lens – I look fantastic… and my nails look like they’ve been manicured in the last few months too!!

Oh – I could say that’s for Tristan to know and you to wonder… but the truth is I didn’t want to make MsQ any more jealous – if she saw those ninja kisses aimed at you… well you might have some of those mysterious ‘computer problems that have plagued you since you received my Christmas card!

Oh and Qing ren?

Oh... OK Johnny... just don't let MsQ see... OK?

I am fine and I might have a tiny nap later on - but I won't go to bed now... or the pink bunnies will hop all over me... actually... I think I need some more coffee...

YINYANG

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

Ms. G. - Those cats are hysterical. "OMG Ceiling Cat is watching me masterbate!!!" That put a smile on my face. Thank you.

Let's see, what have we to ponder? Ah! Can't really speak on the drinking and singing, as I don't drink (well, can't, legally - not that I'd want to anyway), but there is this:

Quote:

Bah, there's an imponderable, what ever happened to the sensitive man in popular culture and the eyes of hollywood?

I don't know. For America, I think it harkens back to the pioneers, or the explorers, the idea of rugged individualism, and the religious foundations of our modern gender stereotypes.

Why sensitive men don't crop up in pop culture and remain is because it's something people are uncomfortable with. Even I have some problems with it, despite not wanting to. It's been ingrained in our culture to the extent where nobody really questions it, and nobody wants it to change, because that would be an uncomfortable change indeed.

Stupid cultural brainwashing... Good thing I have funny cat pictures to cheer me up!

Oh, yes: to everyone, and to anyone that's here now.

Edit: Finally, fixed!

Still here - though I have had problems with FFF.net on and off... I ws going to go to bed early tonight - but I just got a call from a friend who's birthday it is and we're going out for dinner - an early dinner at least since she has 3 young daughters and they will have to go to bed at a reasonable hour...

I adore you Little Albatross!! Thank you for the email - you don't know how big I smiled when I read it!! <--well, actually that's pretty close!

Goodnight NVG and if I had photobucket open I'd leave huggles for you too... and we love your sensitive side, Honey, and don't you ever lose it either!!

Oh Penguin - they are adorable!! HUgs to my dearest Penguin friend!!

Hi YinYang!! Hi Asorta!! and I just know I missed someone... sorry!!

I'm going out for a while now - but I'll be around later - might see some more of you then!!

Edit: Oh - it was only Hell's Kitten I missed... only???? The wonderful Hell's Kitten who created my ninja kissing emote which I adore...

Speaking of which... anyone seen my qing ren? Hmmmmmm... being fairly ninja-like methinks...

Girly or no, I think she kicks ass. And that's something I know you know about...

Actually, I was misquoting myself on that one. My original question the last time the three of us entered my head together (Please don't ask what that might mean; I think it means our posts were in close proximity.), I was wondering how come you two didn't hook up. Oh, well.
