Roxy - Something to kill the dead???? Hmm let me see.......

*pulls out a wooden stake*

This might work. I actually threatened to use one of these on a friend's wife one time. She was a real control freak and wouldn't let him do anything with us anymore. I had the perfect defense too:

"I thought she was a Vampire because she was sucking the life out of my friend. Hey I played D&D, it could happen for real!"

*makes a Martini for MSG just to taunt her until school is out for the day*

Hehehehe gotta love the D&D Defense!

Hmm, did I hear something about a NYC.com with Roxy and LA as the guest speakers. Where do I sign up? Now is this for girls only, or are some of the nice guys invited, too?

And the best thing is that in this pub - the ice cream is 100% calorie free!

HAHAHAHAHA!!! I gotta remember that one! I have a friend who's wife is just like that. Can I borrow that stake for a bit...

VeX!!! Hmmm, that would be something! Though I'd just let LA do all the talking, I have terrible stage fright. Though maybe my other personalities can help out! And of course the guys are invited too, just the nice ones, of course.
Ya know, wouldn't it be great to put on an all FFF.net Con. I mean, I guess it would be more of a really big shindig, but it would be wicked shiny!

HUGS Magda tightly and huddles with her to share the comfort food and blot out the whining...
OK have kids really become this lazy?? I don't want to turn into one of those dried up people who think their generation was the best, but I mean come on, can any of you remember whining and complaining that the teacher made you look up 3 words in the dictionary and share the definition as your entire assignment...

As for the kids, is that really all they have to do? You should give them a lesson plan like you remember for a day or two, whip them into shape. :)

LOL RIMG sadly I don't think they could manage that. All these years of teach to the test and rote memorization have caused brain atrophy ...plus there's the whole unmotivated problem:) Oh well they'll be fine. I'm just feeling a little annoyed with them today, but it'll pass.
Yes that is all they have to do. There's a total of 30 words and each kid looks up 3. Then shares their definitions with the other kids in the group so that by the end of the period they should all have definitions for the 30 words...and yet they whine

Put the water cooler IN the bar. Problem solved.

Hey, is that HK I'm not seeing over there?! Pritty Kitty, would you like a scritch behind the ears, or failing that a scalp massage? special things happen when people delurk.

Try the *ginger* chocolate Altoids. They were the best. I found them in a truck stop.

Friiiidaaay la lala Friiidaaaaaay...

I'll be moving my furniture and washing machine into a big box tomorrow. By Wednesday it will all be in my home. Sigh.

O Buff and Bare One: May I pretty please have something large and froofy with an emberella (pratchetty wink) and lots of fruit? Can it also come with a warning label to not get it too close to open flames?

Or a beer if that's too much trouble.

Maybe both.

Domo, domo, domo!

You really shouldn't believe rumors.
But. Um. Yeah.
Mountain Dew. North American vintage. In a can, not a bottle. Chilled to approximately 30°F ± 5°F. (I am an engineer; yes, I have done DOE on this.)

On occassion, I'll go for the fruity-girly-froo-froo drink: chocolatey rum mix, daiquiris, etc. My absolute favourite to this very day is a fresh mango daiquiri from a quaint American Western themed restaurant in Christchurch, New Zealand....
*momentarily gets lost in her memories...*

HK, good to see you around. I think it was FMF (FutureMrsFillion) that gave him that title because she is the "Bestower of Titles, Designer of Tshirts, Maker of Mottos, Keeper of the Pyre." I never got the reason why that title was given to Kelkhil, but I chose to picture him in my mind as one of the following (depending on my mood).

*Produces a can of Dew at the perfect Temp and a Foo Foo Mango drink for HK and a NA Mango Foo Foo drink for PR*

Well the title does come from FMF in a round about way. She was inducting new Forsaken one day and "Handing Out" T-Shirts to them. So I asked her where mine was. She made some goofy comment to me and did not produce a Forsaken T-Shrt for me. At that point on I have been known as the "Shirtless" one

VE - Man those guys are well... Yeah freaky would be a good term. I am just wondering if they have jumper cables attached to their butts and they are being shocked?

HK - Nope there is no visual evidence that I exist. At least none here. I am planning on wearing a Nixon Mask all through D*C (but you should be able to tell its me by my shirtlessness) to hide my secret identity.

DTH: Hi! Sorry it took me until the next post sarted to say it back to you.

Well, as you can see that mattered little since I wasn't around much! The curse of limited net time...

Don't ever worry about saying 'hi' back to me. I miss half the hellos that get sent my way! I don't always get the chance to read the threads as thoroughly as I'd like to.

Well, I hope you get better RSVP'ing than I did...do you have plans yet for June? I found out you have to book a Chuckie Cheese party like months in advance in order to get a Saturday lunchtime party...
