As for tea, I don't like mint DTH but I am drinking lots of green tea, which I really like and apparently has things in it that kill the bacteria that might be in my stomach causing me all the problems. I say might as they don't know yet, the Monday test is easy, breahte in tube, drink special drink, wait ten mins, breathe in tube again. It's if that is negative that I get to visit a specialist and will probably end up with a camera down the throat. Probably the only person in the world hoping I have got an infection.

I was getting lotion applied to my back from Laurelin yesterday when I got home from work and this line kept popping into my head:

Well of course I said it out load and almost got slapped on my sunburn. Jeeze some people need to take a joke!

Morning, everyone.

Here in Maryland, we have an odd May 1 tradition. Many towns hold Mayday basket competitions, where businesses put a decorated hanging plant out in front of their store and it gets "judged" by locals and officials. Everyone votes, and the winner proudly displays their ribbon for the year.

We're a simple people.

Rockville (where my store is) doesn't do this, but it is big in College Park, where I went to school.

Emma - oh yes the exams. Right now I have just finished setting up my room with each desk holding a testing booklet, scratch paper, calculator, ruler, pencil, water bottle, and cup of homemade trail mix( almonds, cashews, raisins, dried apricots, dried apples, and dried pineapple) I find a little cup of feed and some water makes them much more alert and hard working, plus they appreciate it and are more co-operative. Though for yours I'd just suggest a nice big baseball bat:)

Ok Kelkhil does it deserve mentioning that the creepy serial killer in Silence of the Lambs now plays Capt. Stottlemeyer on Monk ( weirds me out)

ok in need of a diet coke and painkillers. As part of my Beltane celebration I convinced a Wiccan friend of mine who manages a nursery to get her boss to donate a truckload of plants ( which I had to pick up, load into my jeep, and drive her and then unload) so now I am sore.

I am back at work today,still bored as usual. I was out yesterday- It seems i have a slight infection in my large intestine,which is cramping(my style as well as literally.) and its causing me to become a walking zombie- Pain pain Pain.

Well I thiks she's classified as neo soul, that's what I classify her as anyway.

She's from England, this is her first CD in America not sure about in England.

She has this really mello voice, it just kinda flows out of the speakers and into your ears.

One of my favorite songs of hers is Breathless, you should listen to it.

I've often wondered why schools decide to do testing at these times of year. Don't know what to make of it, really. Why not have exams a little earlier when people can actually focus? And those poor middle and high school students, who probably aren't getting any yet (and shouldn't be, in the case of middle school) and have nowhere to put all that energy. But is that better or worse? Is it better to have nowhere to put it or to wear yourself out?
