Rose it's not dumb that you feel better now you know your dad's supporting you. Also, yes give orientation a whirl it's not so bad. If you're still nervous I am pretty sure most colleges offer a study skills/ college readiness class to freshmen so you could always take that as your first class. Otherwise I'd reccomend a class you already know how to do ( like maybe one on computer graphics or photoshop) then you can get into the swing of it and get used to being back in school with a subject you're comfortable with. That sounds like a great first step to me. They will most likely have time for you to ask questions of them, which should help to ease your fears. Also, I think it's very cool that you dad will keep you caffeinated and in silly t-shirts.

Aww thanks guys. Just a bit grumpy as I've had no breakfast and had an hour long meeting this morning ( which meant I got no prep period)plus lack of sleep ( averaging 5 hours a night) and the fact that today is one of my 16 hour workdays...I'm just whiny ,grumpy, and a bit self pitying....
