and if so, who would win in a fight, aang or river? river can use her crazy mode, but aang can only use airbending.

Awesome show.
Hate to say it, but Aang would most like beat River. Out in the open, he could just float twenty feet in the air and blast her. But our Ms. Tam would beat him in Serenity; home turf and all that.
FINALLY America has not entirely butchered an Anime with voice actors... and the animation is better yhan normal American tries at duplicating Anime.

I'm a fan, too. Patiently waiting for season three to start... sometime.

The animation is Korean. If you watch the features in the season one boxset, they interview the animators. Reading between the lines, I think one reason the animation is so good is that the American producers give them a lot of leeway in what they do. Just a few sketches, and then they are told "do the rest". The Korean animators seem to prefer it that way.

Another huge fan here. Just saw the end of Book Two last week ('cause Canadian TV is poor and slow).

River versus Aang, I think Aang would be able to knock River out of the fight.

The more interesting question: River versus Toph?

Or Wash versus Sokka. Or Xander versus Sokka. They'd both be hilarious.

It helps that the voice acting is done by REALLY good voice actors. Did you know that Mako, the guy who played General Iroh, voiced Splinter from the new TMNT movie, before his death?

As for who would win in a fight, River would win confined to Serenity, Aang would win out in the open. River Vs. Toph would be an interesting fight indeed!
