If I heard an American studio was going to be making "Romeo & Juliet: The Series" (with Juliet as a Zorro-style rebel vigilante) I'd be physically ill, but I'm practically drooling over the anime.

And I shudder, because they are taking Neon Genesis Evangelion- One of the greatest and most creative anime series of all time- and making it Live Action. Ain't sure if it's Hollywood or something else, but it's probably Hollywood, because they have a monopoly on big budget films. And Eva's NEED to be big buudget, or else you might as well just remake it as a bloody anime.

They're going back to the beginning and reanimating everything from the ground up with the latest state-of-the-art techniques. (And yes, I've seen the first two eps of Le Chevalier D'Eon at FanExpo. I loved it and am eagerly awaiting the box set (I don't buy episode DVDs; it's too slow and expensive). ----- We applied the cortical electrodes but were unable to get a neural reaction from either patient.
