With the arachnid appreciation I always wondered what was the Miss Muffet nursery rhyme all about.

Hey cool..spidery firsties!

EDIT: I tried to think of something pithy but my brain has locked up from the after 1pm numbness of work.

EDIT AGAIN: ok here's something to think about. If you had $5000 to spend in any single one store - what store would you choose?

Myself, I'm torn. Either Best Buy / FYE or the local gameing store.

If'n I had more time for gaming I'd really love Best Buy bucks. But ideally I'd opt for 5 grand in grocery money. Fun money would be really free with a full pantry.

Question and comment: Why does porn suck so much? My taste for it really has gone bitter in the last few years. You get butt humped on the price of features (50 dollar average) only for something else newer and better to take its place. Kinda like technology. Or you can opt for the compliation path and end up seeing things folks might be curious about but really wouldn't want to see over and over again. And it ain't really something a person can share with family or friends. I might sound a bit puritanical but c'mon, who wants to handle previously viewed pornographic media? And give me a break already. I can understand opting for cheaper production costs. But does anyone really want to see a bunch of tweekers goin' rounds for their weekly habit fundage?

Just like smoking, I wish I never had anything to do with porn.

Now where did I put my cigarettes? AWWW F^%#!!! I QUIT!

NVG: I'd blame the over abundance of folks wanting to make a few quick bucks.

Any yutz with a dv video cam, and Adobe Premiere can edit, make and produce a slick nearly professional quality (well presentation anyway) adult video. Even stepping up to professional level with 2 cams, higher quality software only requires an investment of about $15,000 tops.

So you have tons and tons of people cranking out low quality crap while strangely the price continues to go up and up even with the prevalence of online pron. The things folks will do for a quick buck (yes...buck).

Actually since the ship is officially light a few members some cleaning and refurbishment is in order. I'd love some new carpeting and maybe even some decoration in at least the living room.

On the movie thing, I want to make a movie. Not porn (too lazy to get buff all over again) but definately something fun. Seems the fic I posted elsewhere can be compacted easily.

Out for the day. Off to was everyones clothes. Yay!

ADD: Great anlogy MSG. They sure do look good but the buzz gives way to that empty dragging feeling. Yuck. Okay, now I'm gone.

$5,000 fun money? Furniture store for sure. I'm way too cheap to buy new furniture. In fact I don't think I have a single piece of new furniture in my apartment. Unless you count TV stand. Which is essentially some boards that they painted black and drilled some holes in for you.

I could go all out on furniture.

Current setup:
Bed - half of the bunk bed me and my brother had when we were kids...eh still functions
Computer Desk - a desk my mom's office was getting rid of
Table - old table from work that they sold a friend of mine for $5 and then he gave it to me when he moved
Chairs - again from my mom's office that they were getting rid of
Dresser - same one since I was a kid
Couch - good will for $50

I'm thinking a $5,000 upgrade could spruce things up a bit, but since all that stuff functions I see no real need for it.

Start with a craptacular morning and the hot mom drops in to brighten it up. Hey there woman, what's up? Glad you came by. Hugs and kisses to ya.

As for the giggles, yeah, some men truly deserve to be giggled at. Especially the sort that ask what there name is, comment on how spectacular they are, and make false promises of the, well, equipment sort.

To those I point and say, "Ha ha."

So GND calls at midnight saying she broke up with her boyfriend and didn't know what to do. Seeing as she doesn't know him well she was a bit fearful when he showed up again a few minutes later. He got a movie and his stuff from the bathroom and left, crying hysterically as he left. Not sure the reason why he would cry like that. They didn't really understand eachother well. No, literally. His English sucks and her Mexican is crap. They don't hang out much at all. And she pretty much treated him like any other person treats someone they are just messing around with.

Anyhoo, the kids are sick. Mom and BabySis are taking them to see the doc this morning. Gonna take off early again today to install a washer and dryer at the house.

Damn I'm boring.

On another note it's damn frustating when the boss brings in doughnuts to celebrate the Red Sox win last night and you can't have any because youre dieting and eating right. Argh.

And thanks MsG. I can't wait to get better.

I used to have a lot more, but when we moved from Utah to Idaho I cleaned a lot out. However, since we moved to Boise, I've filled up a 5 foot bookcase, 7 or so liquor boxes, and have several precarious piles around the bedroom. And my kids have another 5 foot bookcase of books we've gotten for them. It's the one addiction of mine the wife actually encourages.

I worked with photoboy all weekend. I'm so blah about it all. There was flirting...and a little more flirting and but nothing. Whatever. Flirting is fun, I'm use him as practice I suppose.

Looks like you are all spending you're virtual money well. I would spend it at Dover Saddlery (big surprise) or some such place like Pottery Barn, Restoratio Hardware, Crate & Barrel, etc. I love me some home decor stuff.

NVG: You sound busy! Sorry to hear about the washer and dryer. Seems those things always break down when you've got piles of laundry.

Actually I feel less busy at work. Just bored. Reading and revising policy is sooo much fun. As for laundry: two bobybag sized garbage bags went to the wash house yeaterday. Casualties: Ten bucks, half a day of work (oh no ), and two black socks from different pairs.

It is good to have cannon fodder in terms of flirting. Helps keep a person on an even keel. Just be sure to save some for when someone more perspective comes along.

Be back in a sec with a pic or two.

ADD: Pics of GND's horses. She live across the street from my work now.

On the left is Ciavato (Mexican for outlaw I think), the buckskin/paint is her new gelding (his name is Buck which sounds pretty gay so I'm helping find a new name for him), and in the back is Shelby and her baby of which I have no clue what his name is. DTH flirts. I've seen it with my own two eyes. She's good at it.

Ah, look at the happy horsies. Horse names can be hard to come up with. Mine's name is a bit confusing, but oh well. It's what he came with and it didn't drive me bonkers like 'Red' or some such would've. I like that first name (the spanish one), but show announcers would butcher it.

I do have a show this weekend. The one with the $1000 class I have to miss. Sob. But I get to ride Orion so I will still have some fun. Here's us from 9/23:

To my cities public works department:

Thank you SOOOOO much for allowing the road crews to do whatever the hell it is they do at 3:00 freakin' am. I am tired of getting woken up by flashing lights, big downshifty trucks and what not. I don't care if we don't get those little reflector dots put on the road or the little pictures of the bicycles and arrows showing you which way to go. I'm sorry, but if they don't know which lane is the bike lane...and they're not sure which direction to travel in said lane...they need to stay off the f$%@ing road. Or let natural selection take its course. But 3am? Really? This is why people go postal.

You are mistaken, madame. For I am pure and chaste and do not flirt.

Sooo... how've you been lately, NVG? Still studly?

I wish I could read that fast

Do what I do, read while in the loo/water closet/bathroom(name varies upon locale).
Of course, then you get the banging on the door "are you alright?! Did you fall in? Get out your kids are wetting themselves!". Or at least I do.

I think that if we actually had a class full of well behaved, well mannered, hard working kids it would be very dull

I agree. That's totally kickass Rugbug!

Heh heh heh... oh yes. The joys of bathroom reading! Here's a tip though. Never doze off in the bath while reading your favourite book. Bad things happen.
