hehe, well, my base is one of the ones affected by BRAC, so they're taking away all of our A-10s (which my shop provides maintenance for) and giving us frackin. cargo. aircraft. -_- (That means I'm out of a job and have to find a new one. I'm going over to the Air Operations Group, but i digress.) because they're expediting the equipment faster than they can send people to tech school for their new jobs, all of the equipment in my shop is gone, and none of us are scheduled to go off to tech school yet, at least not for another several months. so, empty shop + no school = nothing to do. so i basically did nothing all day today, and will be doing the same tomorrow, and the next drill, and the next drill, until September, which is when I'm going to tech school for AOG.
Before you ask, the AOG is a brand spanking new mission for us, which, as I'm sure u know, means we don't have the facilities or the equipment to even start getting familiar/training with it in the mean time, so we're stuck doing nothing.

see? I'm not mad or anything, just a tad frustrated and..shall i say stir crazy?

13: he's keeping 'cluster' short for CF, which is 'cluster f***' kind of an uncouth military term for something that is majorly screwed up lol.

yeah I ended up taking a sub day Thursday and when I went in Friday my principal looked at me all concerned and said " we aren't so hard up for subs that you can't tak another day" I figured if I looked that bad I should go home... and since I promised someone I'd stay in and rest for the weekend... here I am..

I don't know how I'm doing it- been eating good food instead of junk, exercising some, and drinking water instead of pop. I haven't even been eating more good food then I did junk!!!

13- I dodn't care about xylophone ribs, it's not like I wear bathing suits all the time. And, I'd rather be under-weight then over-weight, because all you have to do is eat more rather then eat less and be tempted by food.
