As for doctors, not so much bad news as same old, well it's not this and this won't help and it will get better over time. It's been a sodding year! Bored now, want to go to the gym, had to give up playing football (American kind) before I got a chance to finally play a game and turn down several offers to play footie.

I really hate being this sedatory, might see if I can learn a martial art or something that I might be able to manage

You should definately start a Martial Art. I used to do JuJitsu at the Leicester YMCA. If there was someone to bully me into going with them I might start it up again! I'd got up to yellow belt previously (i.e. qualified to beat up 6 year olds and the more dangerously athletic type of old age pensioners) but since I didn't go for so many years they've confiscated my belt now. And it was such a pretty colour too!
