Amazon Cancels Pre-orders of Firefly Blu-ray

That's the bad news, for them as have already pre-ordered it. The good news, for them as think pre-ordering is a good idea anyway, is that Amazon has also created another link to pre-order it. Go to Amazon via any of the links on the home page of this site, and search for Firefly.

The first time I tried it, there was a message near the top of my shopping cart to the effect that Amazon did not recognize the link I'd just used (this in spite of the fact that my shopping cart contained a pre-order of Firefly Blu-ray). I deleted it & tried again; this time there was no warning msg.

Let's see if we can get the Blu-ray to #1.

I've had it on my wish list for several months. Just checked that and in its place is a notice that "this title is no longer available."

The title is still available, it's just that Amazon will be ordering them from a different distributor so, that specific link no longer works to (pre)order it. You can try my suggestion above to go to Amazon from any of Haken's links, or use the one below (but Fireflyfans.net gets no credit for this one)
