Any 'New' news about Firefly / Serenity?

Hi all,

I always come here to look for any new news on the front of Firefly / Serenity.
Now that Joss is back again working for Fox, is there anything announced? Are the actors still doing Q&As around the world? Is there any hope for a return to Firefly under a different name? what about the talk of a sequel to the Movie Serentiy? Didn't it win lots of awards in the SciFi realm?

Or is this now a lost cause and everyone gives up.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

New comics coming out sometime in the new year, this time giving us a bit of backstory on Shepherd Book. Other than that we just wait and hope.

And btw, his name is Joss.

Corrected his name. I knew that too, sorry Joss, just typed it in.

It's an all too bloody shameful effort. I love SciFi and must admit when I first heard about it I expected another StarGate/BattleStar type series here in Australia. WOW was I ever wrong. This was one HELL of a series! The characters were in depth, real to life and exciting. The storyline was grabbing, heck it was frontieer in space. Had all the elements, Western like, exploration, hardship, making a go out of it, looking after your own, friendship. Without all the who got who pregnant, romance/sex bullshit for weak writing we see too often in everything else.
It was the most believeable SciFi, no, not just SciFi, STORY TELLING I have seen, period

This was one of SciFi's history breakers. This could have been a new StarTrek madness for Fox.
Hope is all we have left..?... That's just shiny

Ahh well, let the hoping begin!

The bad news is , any moment now , some doddering dunderhead , some naddering naybob , some dung-headed idjit ,
will slither in here and tell you , that there's no cause for Hope...

The good news is , you can just shoot them...

Politely .

There's never been anything false about Hope , just as there's not anything false about True Love...

All the Big Damn Heroes that want the work , don't lack for stuff to do...

They're all out there , just happy to be doin' good works...

If there's any Light at all in this crap-hill world , some of it is gonna SHINE on our Serenity...

That means that sooner or later , someone is going to rake together a little pile of Coin , and deduce that to make it a Bigger pile , all that they have to do , is give the good Folk known as the Browncoats , more of what's good for 'em...

In the meantime , do what it is that we all do Best...

Keep the Faith...Share the Love...Feel the Joy !

Buy more Serenity , more 'Verse-related Licensed Merchandise , and the Dr. Horrible DVD's...

Our man Joss knows what to do with the Coin...

Here is Dr. Horrible that was mentioned. Joss and others wrote it during the strike and Joss used his own money to produce it. Joss called up actors who worked on the possibility of future earnings and in a week filmed it.
