Personally,
I would use one of my own songs as the Browncoat theme song:

My Jayne Song would be "Happiness is a warm gun"

My Mal song would "Mal's song" (duh) by Michelle Dockrey

My River song would be "They're coming to take me away" lol

For Wash? What else COULD I use?

I laughed so hard at Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Particularly loved the Magnificent Seven Score for the credits too.

Music? Muse's Take A Bow works well for the Operative/Academy/BlueSun/Alliance baddies.
