Is this old news? I don't remember seeing it in any of the Comic Con reports...

Anyway, I don't even read comics and I'd buy every one of the Serenity books!

How were his other comics, Fray and Astonishing X-men? Are they worth reading even if I've never been into comics before?

Fray most definitely is, if you're a Buffyfan. As are the single Tales of the Slayers comic, and the 5 Tales of the Vampires issues.

Can't talk for X-Men, since, good as it may be, it is X-Men, and I'm not up on the 900-bajillion back-issues that I'd have to be to get everything, so I don't read it. I figure X-Men does well enough that my contribution won't damage anything.

Dark Horse is a fine imprint. Get Karl Moline or Cassaday or somebody else of that caliber and it'll be great. Joss has to write of course. :)

Is there anyplace online to buy Fray? I've found a couple comics places, but they only had one or two issues.

Is it normally this hard to find comics? I kind of figured I'd be able to get them easily like going to Amazon for a book...

todd wouldnt make money off of firefly. he would only if whedon released it under todd mcfarlanes imprint. and not all image titles have disporportioned ladies. the liefeld days are long gone. youre straight up ignorant if you think that. being on image would give it way more shine than if it was released on dark horse. and thats what we want, more shine for firefly/sertenity.

cassadays art is so ho hum. one word: BOOOOORING. id like to not fall asleep while admiring art in a comic book. luckily joss is penning astonishing xmen, otherwise i wouldnt pick it up. i fall asleep at the wheel just thinking of cassadays artwork. his drawings are dangerously boring.

give me joss whedon/josh middleton collabo.
