"Serenity" will air on Syfy at 11:30 a.m EST, it'll be followed by the "Road Warrior". It's going to be a great day of TV watching.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

It would be if they didn't butcher the BDM with unnecessary editing.

How do they butcher it? Do they cut out any major scenes?

It can't be that bad, we usually see a few new browncoats after SyFy does a broadcast.

I can't remember specifics since I only watched it once on Syfy, the first time they ran it several years ago. Or I should say, I tried to watch it. After about the first thirty minutes with several scenes already snipped, I gave up and put in the DVD.

It's 6:53 p.m. EST, now they're showing "Blade Runner", not be B-Movie crap they won't put on DVD, or "Warehouse 13" which is stupid and should be canceled.

Yeah, I vegged out and caught it on SyFy today. They didn't butcher it as much as usual; just a few cut aways (such as showing River's feet and picking out the Fed in the bank heist scene). Wait......and Jayne screaming Mal's name during that same scene.

I often get antsy when they do that and have a hankering to pop in the DVD.

If you guys at Universal are watching, please make Serenity 2. Browncoats everywhere will be forever grateful (and the numbers keep growing). Just saying!

I also caught Serenity yesterday……the Sy/Fy channel had a good run of programming going. I’m a little disappointed that none of my favorites will be showing tonight, and next week I’ll be working Monday night. That’s just the way things go I guess. I’m sure I’ll catch up at some point.

Universal HD is currently running Serenity. Appears to be uncut, except for commercials.

And they didn't edit out River's feet. :D

I love when they do that:0
