Unlike many other reboots, this one could only be an improvement. It was an interesting premise ruined by bad acting and writing, and poor production values.

Was William Katt a hunk? No, the exact opposite. That's why Kranz would be a good fit.

Not sure about the Robert Culp role though. I would say Adam Baldwin, but he's still got The Last Ship.

Different strokes for different folks. Actually Katt was probably my first crush, and it's one of the first TV shows I remember ever watching, besides Sesame Street. I mean, I married a guy with dirty blonde curly hair, so he made an impression on me anyway.
