Pouring rain here too this morning. Perfect weather for the Big Suck. Just above freezing here so no snow at least.

Had a good extended weekend. Took Friday off and headed down to South Carolina for a trade show with the wife. Pretty cool down there for South Carolina, not getting above 45 and dipping into the 20s at night.

Planning a trip to Belize to help out at an orphanage that needs volunteers. Should be a good experience. Wife went once before last year to drop off shoes so the kids can attend school and relief supplies. Be good to get out of town and do some good for people who need it.

I'm back into my yoga class…weather's much the same. Gray, cold and threatening rain.
I have noticed though that the daylight seems to be sticking around a little longer so spring and summer might be heading our way!

Sleet here overnight made for an interesting ride into the office this morning. Wish Virginians knew how to drive in this stuff! LOL

Supposed to be sunny and back into the mid 50s by Friday. Should make for a nice weekend.

28 here this morning, but the sun is shining and not a cloud in the sky. Put on the leathers and rode to work this morning. Supposed to hit 50 today. Not a tropical heat wave, but you're ruttin' right I'll take it!

Spent time in the saddle on Saturday. It was in the mid 50s and sunny. Sunday we got rain most of the day, though it did finally dry up just before dark.

Rode in today since it is supposed to be mid 50s and it was nearly 40 when I woke up. Next couple of days it is supposed to be nearly 60 here. Going to be getting more miles in this winter than I had thought.

Glad you had a good ride Sister. Had a good ride home yesterday. Was able to cut out a bit early while there was still plenty of sunlight. Made it home before dark and it was great to feel the warm sun on my face. Looking forward to the longer days.

Saw some spamming, but ignored it. Haken will eliminate it soon enough.

Thanks Sister. Leaving right after work. Heading to Baltimore to spend the night then we are Tampa bound in the morning to meet our ship. Should be a good trip and it will be great to do some volunteer work again.

Back from the sunny Caribbean. Other than a rainy day in Isla da Roatan Honduras, we had a fantastic trip! Sunny, warm, breezy with frolicking in the crystal clear waters, and some good works in Belize and Cozumel. The only thing better than a vacation is one where you spend half of it helping out those in need and seeing the difference you can make in a community that desperately needs help.

Good to be back, even if it cool and raining. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Glad you have some sun, even if it is cold. Rain broke late yesterday and it was dry enough this morning to ride, even if the temp did dip into the low 20s. Sunny and 40 degrees will make for a cool, pleasant ride home today.

18 here this morning. Made for a cool ride into the office this morning, but I have plenty of gear to stay warm and there's nowhere I'd rather be than riding.

Glad it will warm up for you Sister. Supposed to get up to 44 here today. Supposed to be 66 & sunny on Sunday. That's Virginia weather for you! LOL

So how was the movie? I like Sean Bean so his being in the movie has me curious. The trailer looks good, but mostly due to the flashy sci fi special effects. Have not heard any buzz about it.

Glad to hear you got a lot done this weekend and good news on the help getting the chicken coop cleaned out.

Fairly lazy weekend for us. Went to Virginia Comicon on Saturday. They misprinted the open time to general admission on their tickets and website which meant a 30 minute wait to get in. Then there was the disappointment that they advertised the event as being in two buildings when it actually only took one. Other than that it was fun. No Dragon Con or SDCC mind you, but not bad for Richmond.

Like I said…the popcorn was good.
The movie…not as good as the popcorn. Had lots of flash and dazzle; but no real heart or soul. Sad because I was hopeful. Of course, anyone on this site is used to getting their hopes dashed. Repeatedly.
Again, for anyone who actually LIKED the movie, sorry, this is just my opinion and not an attempt to start a fight.
