OK, so I am doing a rally at the end of May and I was thinking of a theme for my car and decided I'm going to need to convert my '81 Datsun 280Z into a moving memorial to Firefly.

So I think I'm going to see if I can get the "Serenity" decal and convert it to "Sereni-Z" and then paint the car in the many shades of gray panels like the real "Serenity". Beyond that, what should I do to the car to complete the theme.

Me and a fellow browncoat must proudly represent our BDH's.

Just make sure you do one thing- take pictures.

You'll need to replace the steering wheel too, with a Serenity-style one.

Does the 280Z have a boot-release (sorry - "trunk" for Americans ;) ) catch? A big load of orange lighting in the trunk, and then flip the lid for that full-on "moon" :)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'll definitely do the 3 switches. Might figure out some lights to give it the Firefly look, don't know.

I'll have to take picture of this blower on my car that resemsble a catalayzer.
