The Imponderable Watercooler: Bob Ross Cat thinks...

Quote:Okay, I have a situation here. My roomate is basically my best friend outside of high school (I'm in college now and we went to school together) and he just proposed to his girlfriend. I'm not really thinking about "Is she the right girl?" type things, but more along the lines of WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME? I mean I think that something like this would merit at least a "hey, I'm going to propose tonight" type comment. I mean, he even had me bring some flowers he had in our fridge downtown so he could propose. I was directly involved basically...and I don't get the heads up? What's the deal?
Quote:In Whitefall news, all the stuff is in order (or at least the important parts) and so i'll be going to UCLA in the fall. So far i'm happy with it just because of the response i get when I tell people. Whether i can survive the school itself remains to be seen.

Quote: I have posted several times that I had a kidney transplant in 1992, in my early 20's...right between when my parents died. Got it from my sister. (She's a good egg...) (I actually have 3 kidneys, if you want to be technical. My two "Natives" have atrophied to the point that they don't show up on x-ray anymore.) I've been on BP meds since I was diagnosed. Your kindeys control your BP.
