What's Your Favorite Scene or Dialogue in Our Mrs. Reynolds?

Our Mrs. Reynolds is the episode which followed Safe in scripting and filming, but was the third aired episode, a week after Bushwhacked. OMR garnered the second-highest share rating of the originally aired episodes.

Our first introduction to YoSaffBrig.
And in another episode, Jayne must act like he never kisses them on the lips, based upon his line here.

I think my favorite scene could be Inara kissing Mal, then stumbling, and then trying to make excuses for her lack of coordination.
Or maybe Mal explaining to Inara that he knew she kissed Saffron.

I think my favorite part is when Mal first finds her on board and the whole crew is there. I think it's when Kaylee calls Mal a monster and goes to hug Saffron. If you look closely you see Jayne's hand come in from off screen and pat Saffron on the shoulder.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

The whole scene in the galley with Saffron cooking and waiting on Mal, Wash excited about fresh bao but humbled when Zoe is miffed when it is implied she should cook for her husband, but most especially the look on Mal's face when Saffron asks if he wants her to wash his feet.
