My pleasure, I want the SE Browncoats to have the best fan table, which, of course, means $$$$. See you there!

Do you know the location of the table yet? (too lazy to read the post about the last meeting)

If you were there last year and remember where the table was, it is very close to that location. I think they are trying to grab a space across from that so that it's not up against where the wall juts out. Fan tables are kind of a first come first serve thing so we have someone that is going down early to grab our spot. I can't wait!!!

So the plan to grab a spot near the foot of the escalators is out?

The foot of the escalators would have got us a lot of exposure.

So we will be near the door to the exhibitors hall again?

The problem with the spot at the foot of the escalators is the congestion that occurs there. People are just kind of herded along and can't stop to look at stuff. We wanted alot of traffic in a spot that people could actually stop. So we're shooting for near the exhibitors hall again. At the last meeting before DC (Aug 28) we're going to scope out exactly where we want it to be and make sure that we all know where everything is and all that good stuff.
