The cold has set in here; the rain got out of the way before the cold hit, so no snow...which is fine. Bones are aching, though...so it's a stay warm and avoid the cold and flu germs kinda day.

Got some hungry birds to feed this morning...I think deer have been helping themselves to the bird feeders!
Also dog-sitting this weekend...so on top of my five...I've got two more...happy, hairy weekend!!

I WISH the winds would take the leaves away! Wind just packs them tighter into corners and my gardens! I did get out and did some good work...our burn pile is getting bigger..when we light it up it might be visible from space!!

What a GREAT Sunday I had..a friend came out to help with the leaves...even mowing them down to size for me...husband vacuumed...I mopped...we had a great pot of chili...and I had two Margaritas! I'd call that pretty wonderful!
