Posting this here 'cause I don't want Haken, or anyone else, wasting their time on Fff.n 1.?

I spent some time writing a reply in Fff.n 1.? &, when I clicked "Post Message", it took me back to the thread (as usual [& fine so far]), but my reply wasn't there. Refreshed the page & still not there. Went to Fff.n 2.0 then to the thread: still not there. I recrafted my reply in 2.0 & it posted fine (as expected [I've been using the beta version for months]). Then went back to Fff.n 1.?, & noticed I was not logged on. Logged on, found another thread & wrote a Test Reply. Clicked "Post Message", & it was there. Long explanation, 'bout as long as the Reply that disappeared

Always a good idea to logon: it's polite it Fff.n 2.0, and may preserve your words in Fff.n 1.?
