These are rumors at this point, but obviously don't click if you don't want any spoilers about what the story might be about.

Quite a story if they're really going to tackle it. Darth Caedus is a pretty dark story in the books. Jacen falls pretty hard to the dark side. Part of his fall is a prophecy that he will make a big sacrifice. They pretty much don't beat around the bush about it. He has to kill someone he loves. Meanwhile the Galactic Alliance is being thrown into civil war. Partially as a distraction to cover up Jacen's transition to become the Lord of the Sith.

I almost think people will complain that it's too much of a retread of Darth Vader. At least this story in the books is done much much better than Darth Vader. Jacen actually has good reasons to turn to the Dark Side. Heck early on he seems like the only one trying to do the right thing. Then he goes over the line. Then way over the line.

It's not a bad story but it's going to be a tough one to condense into 3 movies and get it right. I kinda hope this rumor is bogus.
