EW.COM - Alphas guest stars will include Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, duh), C. Thomas Howell (Southland), Holly (NCIS), Steve Byers (Immortals), Kandyse McClure (Battlestar Galactica) and Noah Reid (Rookie Blue). Returning guest stars include John Pyper-Ferguson (Caprica) as Stanton Parish, Munroe (Haven) as Dani Rosen and Mahershala Ali (Treme) as Agent Nathan Cley. Plus, Glau (Dollhouse) will return for three episodes playing Skylar Adams. The drama returns Monday, July 23.

I knew from fansite Summer Glau Wiki that she would return in Alphas this season, but three episodes is beyond my expectations!
That is fantastic news for Summer and for Alphas; don't forget that Summer's episode got a ratings bump last year.
