If Joss Whedon is going to do Sci-Fi television, he might as well do it right.

According to an article posted on Cinescape, SFX shop, Radium, has been chosen to do most of the effects for Firefly. The first episode titled, "Serenity", will contain 80 digital shots of the Serenity starship as well other assorted synthetic beings.

I can't wait to see the Serenity take flight.
