O.k, we all know Joss has a thang for creating (or co-creating) possibly the most likeable space-crews since Han took up the 'Falcon, but who's up for a share and compare? I pose to you a hypothetical space battle, and this is no mere "Batman vs. Superman" debate, oh no. This is much, much bigger. Like "astronauts vs. cavemen" big. The crews of Serenity, Titan A.E. and Alien Resurrection (name of ship anyone?) get in a fight. Who would win and why? (If the battle is too tame for ya'll, feel free to include Buzz Lightyear in the mix. As long as it's Joss and it's space related).

Jimmy Bond: You can't shoot me! I have a very low threshold of death. My doctor says I can't have bullets enter my body at any time.

In A:R the ship was the Betty.
Our BDH's would win, cause, well, they would, that's why.

And Jayne has Vera.

GUNRUNNER

The Valkyrie of Titan AE was armed. Neither Serenity nor the Betty (At least I think) is armed. So unfortunately the Valkyrie gains space/air superiority and wins.

It's a toughy...despite the fact that one of said crews is cartoon-ese in origin. I'd love to see Jayne fight Johner though. But then again, if Buzz was involved, I'm sure he'd come out victorious, after all, he has that great "laser". (That's not a laser, it's a little lightbulb that blinks!)

Well yeah, if your talkin' ship to ship. I thought the 'fight' was face to face, and in that case, Mal and co. would lay down the law!!
(love to see Vera ventilate a stray alien, too)

Always thinkin' about fightin' Chrisisall

I LOVE TITAN A.E.!
long before i was into firefly when the only science in my life was biology and star wars. crazy. googled it and discovered joss was behind it! i really am in a state of shock.

i believe that the BDH would come out on top- mainly because they're big. and heros. and half the crew of the valkarie was too young to fight for the browncoats.

Our BDHs would win, of course! You know why? Because they are so. Very. Pretty. They are just too pretty for God to let them lose.

I didn't do it.
